Terms of Service

By using RapGlow (rapglow.com, "the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service does

You pick a template, upload a photo of yourself (or two photos for a duo template), and we use AI to put the person in that photo in the performer's place in the template's clip. The result is an AI-edited video, not real footage, and it is made for personal, non-commercial sharing.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. We may close accounts that abuse the service, the credits system or our checks.

What you may upload

You confirm, for every photo you upload, that:

• it shows you, or an adult who gave you permission to use their likeness here;
• it does not show a minor;
• it does not show a celebrity, public figure or other real person without their permission;
• it contains no nudity, sexual content, violence, hate symbols, or brand logos and prints.

Uploaded photos and finished videos are checked automatically. Content that fails the check is not rendered or not delivered, and the credits are returned. Repeated attempts to upload prohibited content end the account.

The videos you make

• You may download, post and share your finished videos anywhere, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Every template, including its source clip, performers, onlookers, music and lyrics, is generated by us with AI for this site. Some templates are named after a popular trend; they are original remakes, use none of the original footage, songs or real artists' voices or likenesses, and are not affiliated with the people behind the trend.
• If you believe a template or a video uses your work or your likeness without permission, see "Rights and likeness complaints" below. We are not responsible for how a platform treats a video you post.
• Don't use a video to deceive, harass, defame or impersonate anyone, or to suggest that a real person said or did something they didn't.
• Videos are AI-generated. When a platform asks you to label AI content, do so.

Rights you give us

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. Your finished videos are yours to use as these terms allow; the template inside them stays ours. You let us store and process your photos, and send them to our service providers, only to make, check and deliver the videos you ask for, and to keep your finished videos in your account until you delete them. We don't use your photos or videos for anything else, including training AI models.

Credits and payments

• Videos are paid for with credits: 10 credits at 480p and 25 at 720p HD. Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and may change; a change never affects credits you already own.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription.
• Credits never expire and can't be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.
• Renders that fail, time out or are blocked by our checks refund their credits automatically. See the Refund Policy for money-back refunds.

What we don't promise

The service is provided as is. AI video generation is imperfect: a render can fail, take longer than expected, or look different from what you hoped. We don't promise any particular result, uninterrupted availability, or that a video will perform well on any platform. Videos are generated automatically from what you upload, so we also don't promise that a video is free of claims by others or that a platform will accept it. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Our content

The site, its templates, prompts, code and branding belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, scrape or resell any part of the service, and don't try to extract our source clips or prompts.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use your videos. If someone brings a claim against us because a photo you uploaded, or the way you used a video, broke these terms, the law or their rights, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that claim causes us, including legal fees. This applies to the extent the law where you live allows it.

Rights and likeness complaints

If you believe a template or a video made with RapGlow uses your copyright, trademark or likeness without permission, or that someone made a video of you without your consent, email support@rapglow.com with "Rights complaint" in the subject. Please include:

• your name and how to reach you;
• what you own, or who is shown, with proof where you can;
• a link to the template, or a description of the video and where you saw it;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized and that your complaint is accurate.

We confirm we received it within 2 business days. A template under complaint is taken down within 24 hours while we review it, and credits for renders of it that were still in progress are returned. A video of someone made without their consent is removed, and the account that made it may be closed. If your content was removed and you think that was a mistake, reply to our notice with your reasons and we will look at it again. Accounts that repeatedly break these rules are closed.

Ending things

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, with a refund of unused credits unless the breach was serious (prohibited uploads, fraud, abuse of refunds or rate limits).

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator of the service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@rapglow.com. We reply within 2 business days.
