Pricing FAQ
How much does an AI rap video cost?
A 480p video costs 10 credits and a 720p HD video costs 25. Packs start at $9.90 for 10 credits, so a 480p video works out to between $5.98 and $9.90, depending on the pack. There's no free tier: every video takes real GPU time to make.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, and you're never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so unused credits stay in your account until you spend them on videos or songs.
What happens if a video fails?
If a video fails to render, times out or is blocked by our content checks, its credits go back to your balance automatically. If a finished video came out clearly broken, email us its link from My creations and we'll return the credits.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you ask within 14 days of buying a pack and none of its credits have been used. We also refund a double charge, or a payment whose credits never arrived. Email support@rapglow.com with "Refund" in the subject line.
Can I use credits for rap songs too?
Yes. The same credits work in the Rap Lyrics Generator: a song made from your lyrics costs 2 credits and gives you two takes.
